Delete your account

You can delete your Duōdeka account at any time, from the app or by email.

From the app

  1. 1Open Duōdeka and go to Profile.
  2. 2Tap Account, then “Delete my account”.
  3. 3Confirm. If your account is linked to Apple, the app asks you to confirm with Apple.

Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Write to privacy@duodeka.app from your account’s address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and reply within one month at most.

What is erased

Your email address, your nickname, your avatar, your devices, your settings, your preparation, your notification history and the record of your agreement to our terms. The titles of your habits and wishes and the text of your feedback are replaced.

What is kept, and for how long

  • The game figures you shared with your partner (ticks, XP, result), with nothing that identifies you, so their seasons remain readable.
  • Your purchase data, for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require: up to 10 years.
  • Security logs: 12 months at most. The host’s backups delete themselves after 7 days.

Your duo

Deleting your account makes you leave the duo: the current season ends with no winner, and your partner keeps their account.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription: do it in your store’s subscription settings. App Store
