Account
How do I sign in?
With Apple (on iPhone), with Google, or with an email address and a password, confirmed by a 6-digit code.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password”: you receive a 6-digit code by email to choose a new one.
How old do I need to be?
At least 15.
How do I delete my account?
In Profile › Account › “Delete my account”. Deletion is immediate. All the details.
Duo
How do I invite my partner?
When you create the duo, you get an 8-character code, valid for 7 days. Share it, or have them scan its QR code.
The code expired, or my partner never got it.
Tap your partner’s card and create a new code: the old one stops working.
Can we play long-distance?
Yes: nothing depends on a shared address. The duo has a shared time zone, chosen during preparation.
How do I leave the duo?
Either of you can leave at any time, from your profile. The current season ends with no winner, and each person keeps their XP in their history.
Season and game
Can I change my habits mid-season?
You can add some. Once the season has started, a habit’s frequency no longer changes, and a removed habit stays until the end of the season.
I ticked while offline.
Nothing is lost: your ticks go out as soon as you are back online, up to 7 days later.
When does a day close?
At 4 in the morning, in the duo’s time zone.
Why can’t I see my partner’s score?
That’s on purpose: the race shows who leads, not by how much. Both exact scores come out at the reveal.
Pro and payment
I paid, but Pro doesn’t show up.
Pro activates as soon as the store confirms the purchase: reopen the app after a few seconds. Otherwise, tap “Restore a purchase”, then write to us if nothing changes.
How do I cancel Pro?
In your store’s subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through the App Store or Google Play, according to their own rules.
Your data
What does my partner see of me?
Your nickname, your avatar, your habits and their ticks, your streak and your wishes. Never your exact score before the reveal.
Do you track what I do in the app?
Anonymous usage statistics, never linked to your account, to improve the app. You can opt out in Profile › The app. No ads, no selling of data.
